Yellow Crunch started as a small family-owned food truck without wheels with a simple goal: bringing people together through Colombian food and culture. At the time, there were no Colombian restaurants in our area, and we wanted people in Northern Colorado to be able to experience and connect with the food and traditions we grew up with as a family. What began as a passion project quickly grew thanks to the support of the community. Over time, we evolved from a small operation into a larger sit-down restaurant while still staying true to the flavors, hospitality, and culture that built our foundation. Today, Yellow Crunch is more than just a restaurant to us , it’s a place where culture, family, food, drinks, and community all come together.
