Ghost Dog Deli

Ghost Dog Deli has been a long time in the making. Brandi and I began dreaming of a restaurant of our own since our first meeting while working for Olive Garden. We worked hard to follow our dream. Unfortunately, Bowzer our late dog didn't get to see us get here. Our current dog started coming to the restaurant while we remodeled and after the first visit began barking at the shadows and corners of the deli. Thus began the Ghost Dog legend. 

What makes Ghost Dog stand out?

At Ghost Dog Deli, we focus on real food made with minimally processed ingredients. Our House Ciabatta bread is made with only Organic Flour, Olive Oil, Water, and Salt. We take pride in our tasty and healthy sandwiches, salads, and scratch-made soups. All of our desserts are made in-house and include gluten-free options.

 Why do you love living and working in the Northern Colorado community?

NoCo is Great! Our 7 year old daughter loves the outdoors and we get to be outside as much as possible. Everyone that has welcomed us in Wellington has been amazing too. We feel so loved by our neighbors and so happy to be that place that people within our community can connect with each other over real food.

What makes you passionate about what you do, and why? 

Bringing joy into people's lives. We have always shown our love through food by cooking and baking for our family and friends, and now we are so lucky to share that with a bigger audience. Our customers have become family to us, and they keep us going.
