Region’s longest-running manufacturing trade show adds a Thursday-night exhibitor kickoff, a dedicated hiring window for job seekers, and a full slate of technical sessions

GREELEY, Colo. - August 19, 2026 – For manufacturers still chasing down parts, vetting new suppliers, or trying to shorten a supply chain that keeps getting longer, the search usually happens one phone call or one trade show booth at a time. On September 18, it happens in one room.

The 2026 Rocky Mountain Advanced Manufacturing Expo (RMAME), hosted by the Northern Colorado Manufacturing Partnership (NOCOM), returns to the AIMS Event Center in Greeley for a full day connecting engineers, procurement teams, operations leaders, and manufacturing executives with the suppliers and capabilities they need – many of them local. Now in its latest year as the region’s longest-running manufacturing trade show, RMAME has drawn over 50 exhibitors and 400-plus attendees in recent years, spanning aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, food and beverage, and energy.

“As a member of NOCOM, I get to see the diversity and quality of the manufacturers in Colorado, and they are poised to help OEMs with short lead times and even shorter supply chain lengths. RMAME is a powerful one-day event that brings buyers, engineers, and suppliers together on the show floor instead of chasing each other over email. That’s what keeps this region’s manufacturing base strong, “ said John Sage (Vergent Technologies), Chairman of the NOCOM Board and RMAME Planning Team.

Event details:

The day starts the night before. Exhibitor move-in runs Thursday, September 17, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, followed by the Build & Brew Tour, kicking off at 4:00 pm from the Greeley DoubleTree bar. Exhibitors and early arrivals can walk to participating local restaurants and breweries offering food and drink specials for the evening.

On the floor, September 18:

  • 9:00 am - 4:00 pm: Trade show floor open. Buyers and engineers move booth to booth to source parts, vet capabilities, and start supplier relationships in person – the kind of vetting that normally takes weeks of calls and emails compressed into a single afternoon.

  • 9:30 - 11:30 am: Job Seekers window. Booths actively hiring will be marked with balloons, and attendees can get a free professional headshot on-site.

  • 11:30 am: Keynote presentation, featuring Beryl Stafford, founder and visionary behind Bobo’s Oat Bars.

  • Throughout the day: Speaker sessions in the main exhibition hall covering topics including cybersecurity and the natural gas market, aimed at operational and supply-chain questions manufacturers are dealing with day-to-day.

  • 4:00 - 6:00 pm: Celebration of Manufacturing Happy Hour on the AIMS Event Center patio, with a cash bar, cake pops decorated by a robot, and live music from the Waido Experience.

For a select group of executives, the day also includes an invitation-only breakout: an executive roundtable on AI implementation in manufacturing, moderated by John Sage of Vergent Products. The 60-minute panel brings together three manufacturing and AI leaders: Alec Vanden Brink of Interstates, Ericc Fitzsimons of CNE Creative Enterprises, and Alex Gorelik, who has a background in data analytics, business transformation, and AI & machine learning initiatives. The event will feature a candid, vendor-free conversation on where AI is delivering real returns on the plant floor, where it’s stalling, and what manufacturers are learning the hard way. The session follows the keynote and is open only to invited executives.

For attendees, the value is straightforward: a day to find local and national suppliers for custom and non-standard parts, meet manufacturers who can move faster than a long-haul supply chain, connections with manufacturing-based service providers, and during the Job Seekers window, a time to meet employers actively hiring in the region’s manufacturing sector.

For exhibitors, RMAME puts their capabilities in front of the buyers, engineers, and procurement professionals doing the sourcing, on a show floor that has grown each year.
